A horticulturist can obtain membership of Landgard eG by

a) providing an unconditional declaration of entry, which must be signed by the new member and which must fulfil the requirements of the German Cooperatives Act,

and

b) being approved by the cooperative.

If the cooperative rejects the entry, the applicant shall be notified of this immediately, returning the declaration of entry but without specifying grounds.
